This skirt is of the "Flowy" variety. They are lighter and flouncier
than the "Whole Tie" style. They have been "gutted."
This one can be dressed up or down and worn almost anywhere.
Currently this skirt has an elastic waist but can be
converted to a fitted waistband made with a tie at no extra
charge! Or keep the elastic waistband and you can wear it any
which way. There is no front or back. Fun and flouncy with rich reds!

Dry clean only. "Dryel" works great!
Warm dry iron. Steam cleaning works also.
Hang it in the bathroom while you take a steamy
hot shower and hang it up to cool/dry. Ready to wear!

One Half: Rich reds are silky and flouncy.
Cute flower patch makes a sparkley accent.

Other Half: Elastic waist stretches comfortably to 32", is 28" not-stretched in the photos. Can be adjusted or replaced with fitted waistband. Ties can be added or removed to this style if a different size is needed. It can be shortened but not lengthened.
Minor adjustments are free, but you better be sure you want it! :o)
